No. While boxing and combat-style training are a specialty, sessions don’t have to involve any combat at all. Training can be tailored to general fitness, strength, conditioning, or group workouts based on your preferences and goals.
Group sessions have a minimum session price of $90. This includes up to 3 people. Additional participants are $30 each.
